Works well for nails!

I had hoped this would help with hot flashes and maybe my dry skin. So far I’ve only noticed a slight difference in nail strength. I plan to continue taking them to see if the other benefits just take more time.

Helps with menopausal symptoms

I have been using this peri menopause product that was gifted to me from Promensil for a month. Ow and it has really helped with my hot flashes and night sweats. I can even tell a difference in my hair and nails looking healthier and longer. My mood seems to be better and I have been getting better sleep overall. This has significantly improved my menopause symptoms. I am not a doctor or licensed physician, this is just my own experience with this product. Can’t take this with current meds

This Seem OK

I tried this supplement for two weeks and I am a 47 year old woman who has had 3 children and I do believe I am in perimenopause. I don't personally believed I noticed much diffference with this supplement, but this sin't to say that in time I wouldn't. I have severe issues with depression, sleep issues, mood swings and temperature control. I definitely notice that my exisiting sensory issues as a neurodivergent are a bit amplified. So, I do believe that in tie or possibly even increased dosage, a supplement ay help some. I fully support natural remedies.
