I took this for 30 days and not once was I calmer or happier. It does not work and is just another gimmick for a woman made by a man don't waste your money, buy a new lipgloss that will do more for your mental health than these pills.

Fighting Perimenopause 🤺

I started taking these a month ago and noticed my hair less white and nails growing. I would take them in the morning with breakfast because the directions says to take a pill with a meal.

Be Cautious

I received the Promenail Perimenopause Support Tablets for a one month trial. Unfortunately I could not proceed as some of the ingredients can exacerbate certain female hormone related issues. It was a lesson to always check in with medical knowledge before trying a supplement like this. The up side was that the product was shipped well, packaged nicely and sure to be great for someone else, just not me.

This is a great product

After trying Promensil Peri-Menopause, I did notice some gentle improvements — my mood felt a bit steadier and I had a few better nights of sleep. That said, the changes were subtle, and it didn’t make a big difference with my stronger symptoms, so I see it more as a mild support rather than a full solution

Doesn't work as well as the menopause one

I really liked the regular menopause formula but this formula didn't give me the relief I was looking for. My night sweats, moods, hair loss and all round perimenopause symptoms haven't changed.

No noticeable Effect

This product claims to relieve perimenopause symptoms such as night sweats, hot flashes, stress, disrupted sleep, and mood changes. After using it for a month, I have noticed no change in symptoms. I was hoping the biotin would help my hair which has been gradually thinning with age, but there was not change there either. Perhaps with longer use, effects would be more visible, but I would not recommend this product based on using for one month.

Not a huge difference but solid

I’ve been trying Promensil Perimenopause + Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails Tablets for a little while, and overall I’ve had a good experience with them. I like that it’s just one a day which keeps things simple for me. I can’t say I noticed much change in my hair growth, but my nails definitely seemed to grow faster and feel a bit stronger. As for the perimenopause side of things, it felt like it gave me a little extra support without any fuss. Not a miracle worker, but solid enough that I kept taking it.

Good but not Great.... YET!

So I am 45 years old. Unfortunately it's that time where peri-menopause has taken over my body and Im learning that my body is changing in very unflattering ways. While taking Promensil Perimenopause I was able too notice a slight difference specifically when it comes to middle of the night hot flashes. I think there is room for improvement but a little better is better than no better!! Besides that I am happy that my be has been dry and not soaked with sweat so that's a plus. So yes I definitely recommend but would suggest a little more study of the product. 😉
