Helped with hair and nails but nothing else

I took these pills for one month and noticed positive changes in my hair, skin and nails. However, feelings wise, I didn't notice any change. I am not sure I am really starting menopausal symptoms much so that could be the case. However, I was still normally stressed and had disrupted sleep like always. I would recommend it for the the hair, skin and nails though.

Great perimenopause supplement

This perimenopause supplement helped ease many of the symptoms associated with perimenopause. I am super impressed by its ingredient list and I really enjoyed taking it. I feel that many of my symptoms have subsided since starting it and I plan on continue using it as it makes me feel full of energy.

I like promensil overall as it does seem to help with estrogen production but I didn't see a huge difference so I think it is probably up to the individual to see how well it works for you.

My Opinion

I received this item for free from Butterly for my honest opinion in review. I've tried this product for one month now. I'm not sure when I should be feeling any relief from my symptoms? My sleep seems to be a little better over the last couple of days now. I believe that would be to this product because I have not added anything new to my diet or supplement intake. So that is a very important relief to me. I will be buying more to continue using the product to see if it has any added benefits for me.

Helped alot

Love this product. I had do much more energy and my moods were stabilized. Within a few days I felt the difference. Its nice not being tired and moody all the time.

Alleviates symptoms

I feel like Promensil Perimenopause helped alleviate my symptoms a bit. My period seemed less painful and PMS not quite as severe. I would continue to take this on a regular basis.

Really helps

a must have

I used this product for quite some time and i can say that it works very well. I saw a decrease in symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. This has been a major concern and promensil has helped a lot.
