Amazing Product

I have used this product for a full month now, and not only have I been sleeping better, I have also noticed my hair and nails growing faster and looking healthier. No difference

Sadly after taking this supplement for a month I have not noticed any improvement. Unfortunately there has been no change in my symptoms. The pills are easy to swallow and are easy on the stomach but I was really hoping for something to help with my hot flashes.

Stronger nails smoother skin

Love, love, love these I would say take it with food I did it without it, and it made me feel a little nauseated, but other than that they are easy to swallow, and gave a little boost of energy and helped me focus a little better my nails felt harder which is great I highly recommend 10/10
