Its alright

I’ve been using this product for a little while now, and it’s actually helped me a lot more than I expected. My hot flashes and night sweats have calmed down so much — honestly, they’re almost a thing of the past at this point. I’ve also noticed a real improvement in my mood and sleep. I feel more balanced, and I’m finally getting deeper, more restful sleep instead of waking up exhausted.

It did take some time to kick in, though. I didn’t notice any major difference right away, but around the 6–8 week mark, things really started changing. I also love that it’s gentle on my stomach and hasn’t caused any side effects, especially compared to other things I’ve tried.

That said, I know it doesn’t work for everyone, and some people don’t notice any improvement — so it definitely varies. But for me personally, the results have been worth it.

Effective

The Promensil peri menopause tablets worked well. I slept better. I didn't have as much brain fog. The main menopausal symptoms I noticed was an itchy forearm. It stopped within two weeks of taking them. I definitely recommend these tablets for anyone suffering with peri-menopausal symptoms.

Did’n’t seem to work for me

I tried Promensil Perimenopause supplements for a month. I did not notice any significant changes to my perimenopause symptoms during this time. I will say that the once a day formula is good. I also feel that the contents of the pill did not agree with me well. I experienced a bit of acid reflux while taking this. I hope this does work for some folks though. The concept is great!

Amazing

I have tried so many different products and they did not work. I was given the opportunity to try Promensil and have been taking Promensil Perimenopause + Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails for a month so far. Shockingly and super happy that l have noticed a huge difference in my perimenopause symptoms. I don’t have as much hot flashes and the anxiety I was experiencing before. I feel much more myself. Also my hair, skin, and nails are healthier and see my hair repairing itself from severe hair lose. As well as my nails are not paper thin anymore and are once again growing nice and long. Unsure

I am unsure if this product worked. On the directions it says you will notice a difference in 6-8 weeks. I only tried it for a month. I'm willing to keep trying it to see if there is a difference or not

It seemed to help with mood a bit but the hot flashes are horrible still. Not sure there’s a natural way to stop nature but it did seem to help a bit with the mood.
