I used this product for a month to really test out the results. I got a one month supply for free to try and I was having at least 10 to 15 hot flashes a day I was having trouble with my hair growing out they could always breaking and not going past my shoulders and after one month my hair is growing at least an inch and my nails have growing I've had one hot flash a day if that I feel happy and healthy I recommend every woman in menopause go get this it works. No night sweats. And at Walmart it's not that expensive I'm so happy I found this.

Meh, I didn't notice a difference

In theory this isn't a bad product. It have good ingredients and contains things that could potentially help symptoms of peri-menopause. That being said, I am currently in the throes of Peri and after taking this for a month, have notice no difference in my symptoms. Now, everyone is different, and bodies respond differently, so maybe this is just not the support my particular system needs. I wouldn't say don't try it, just that it wasn't for me.
