Nice Skin and Nails, Not Much Else

While I need more time to see how it affects overall hormone balance, I'm giving it a solid 3 stars for the immediate perks: better energy and stronger nails.

Unfortunately one month is just not enough time to give it a full glowing review and the results I got are on par with other vitamins I take. I may revisit these a few years from now when I need more hormonal support.

Not sure about it yet

I think I need more time on the tablets to see if it works. I felt like some days it was working and other days not so much. I know many medications need at least 4 to 8 weeks to work, so I kind of wish they'd given more in the first box. I didn't have any bad side effects so that makes me want to continue taking them to see what the full affect would be. The Hot flashes decreased some but not much yet. That's my biggest concern. Yes I would recommend and yes i would buy more.

Feeling Beautiful Again

Promising product for Pre-menopause

I was cruising through life thinking that menopause was in my distant 50s. WRONG! The stray hair struck me on my neck and chin, the white hair in my eyebrows, and the 10-pound weight gain over three months in my early 40s. Talk about my ego was crushed, my pants were tighter, and my wallet was lighter because I was gorging myself in a vicious cycle of eating, intermittent fasting, getting hungry, eating more, gaining weight, intermittent fasting, etc See where this is going? Anyway, I was like a sleuth, desperately looking for clues to help me figure out what I could do, take, and not do. Besides putting away the snacks and backing away from the table, I knew I needed more, and then I found Promensil. Ladies, this pill is no magic pill, but it helps a lot with night sweats, moodiness, hot flashes, and more. There is a marked difference in my sleep since taking these pills, so much so that I wish I had known about them sooner. They have a peppery kind of taste- a little spice- not to the point that it gives you heartburn or you need water, it just has a nice heat to it that feels good and works well enough to where if I take it in the daytime, I can still function and fall asleep at night and stay asleep, which says a lot because before the Promensil pills I was sweating so profusely my sheets used to still to my legs at night, waking me up. It would take me hours to fall back asleep after going between the heat and cold. Now that the invisible oven and gush of heat are gone, night sweats are gone, and mood swings are not as bad, I feel so much better. These pills are highly recommended to all ladies going through the miserable rollercoaster called peri-menopause.

Didn't notice much of a difference

Personally, I didn't notice much of a difference. Even after taking it daily for a whole month, I was still having night sweats. My mood or energy never improved. My hair falls out a lot and I did notice there was slightly less hair falling out. That's pretty much the only thing that changed. This is not a product I would repurchase or recommend.
