Don't waste your money

Pureology states that this is a "gentle, sulfate-free shampoo that strengthens and helps repair damaged, color-treated hair." It's supposed to be good for all hair types and textures. Key ingredients include keravis, astaxanthin and asta. Fragrance notes are raspberry, peach and water flower.

My personal take: This formula is incredibly thick. When I put some in my hand, it didn't slide around or move no matter how I moved my hand. It created a lot of lather, which I know some people may look at as being good. I personally feel shampoo doesn't need to lather a great deal to be effective. I was disappointed that, being a shampoo for color treated hair, my color (which was done over a week ago and I had experienced no cast until this shampoo) leeched into the lather. So, instead of protecting my color, it was actually stripping it. This was a huge disappointment for me.
