Great side dish option

This is a great option as a standalone dish or a side dish for those looking for a healthier option or plant-based. I thought the taste was very good and I would buy this again. Disclaimer: I tried the Santorini lemon dill flavour.

Tasty Side Dish!

I served this pur grains product as a side dish for my family's supper meal. The packaging is eye catching and the pouch is easy to open. I prepared this dish in the microwave as directed (it can also be prepared on the stove top) to get it on the table quickly. It only took 90 seconds with an additional 30 seconds to let it sit.

As soon as I opened the package, the scent was reminiscent of dill pickles. While eating, I did find that the dill flavour was much stronger than the lemon flavour. There was also a sweetness to the dish.

I like that this product is nutritious with quinoa, brown rice and farro. I feel that I am making a healthy choice. It is also a good source of fiber, iron and protein. However, I was surprised to see how much fat was in this product. That was a draw back for me.

Overall, this was a tasty side dish that was quick to get on the table and there was not one spoonful left at the end of supper! So it went over really well with my family. I would recommend this product to others to try and would love to try the other flavours available too.

Really tasty

The packaging is nice and it only takes 90 seconds in the microwave. The lemony fennel smell is quite strong out of the microwave and it doesn't have the nicest colour. I was really surprised how tasty it was though. I didn't find the lemon or fennel overwhelming in taste, but all the flavours blend really well together. The texture is soft. It tastes good on it's own and also blended well with other sides (chicken).

Really easy to make and was perfect showing up in the mail when I wasn’t sure what to make for supper. Didn’t love the flavour compared to what the other options were but still really nice

I went back and pick up one of each and all I can say is delicious !! this product will NOT disappoint!! Give it a go if you already haven’t !!

Good and Pur

I was delighted to have a chance to try the new Pur Grains. As someone who often eats quinoa it seemed like a new way to add it to my regular meals. The kick of flavour was exactly what I needed to bring some life to old recipes, can’t wait to try the rest!!

Not bad at all!!

I was excited to try this product based on their flavours and the easiness of preparing it! Simple ingredients, simple preparation. The flavour was good and better than I expected! Would purchase again.
