I especially use this primer a lot in the winter time, when I I have redness around my lips and nose. This product really helps to plump my skin and prepare it for a smoother makeup application (or even when not wearing makeup). I find that it really helps with under eye circles too. Three colored illuminating pigments, bend together to neutralize discoloration.
