I have sensitive eyes due to an accident. Most eyeliner irritates my eyes...except for Quo. The green is an exceptional color. I get compliments on it all the time. Goes on smooth and even really easily.

No amount of primer could keep this cream eyeliner from smudging all over my eyelids throughout the day. It was pigmented, but it could not, would not stay put. It stayed greasy, even after hours of wear. The texture was smooth and blendable - but for the exact same reason as to why it kept creasing.

The packaging was nice to look at and kept the cream from drying out. It took me approximately a year to use it all up as a eyeliner, eye shadow, and eyebrow liner.

I had purchased the Black Velvet color for two dollars on clearance at Shoppers Drug Mart.
