Quick cooking rolled oats

I enjoy Bob's Red Mill brand for its many ground grain products. The flavor is fresh, never stale. This Scottish oatmeal makes the perfect chewy breakfast that with just a few berries and a sprinkling of brown sugar keeps you full for a long time.

I eat this oatbran every morning. I absolutely love it. I usually mix it with my chocolate protein powder and water and it fills me up for hours! So fast and easy.

Red Mill's oat bran is a great hot cereal filled with nitritious ingredients but a bit pricey for the size. A good way to begin the day and make sure to buy it especially when it goes on sale.
