I am rating this foundation as a dupe for Lancome's Teint Idole Fresh Wear foundation, which is my regular daily foundation.

The packaging of this foundation is unique in that it is an aerosol container. The foundation comes out in a mousse/foam, which is pretty light. I use a buffing brush to dab the foundation over my tzone, then buff it outward.

The foundation covers quite well, but does not last all day without needing an oil blotting sheet and some powder. Be careful not to over apply or you will look cakey! I moisturize well beforehand, and use a very small amount of foundation.

Perfect for my 27 year old combination skin with few blemishes. Not the same as my Lancome foundation, but good for everyday at less than half the price!

I was so excited to find this after seeing a make up artist I love on t.v. spraying cover-up on a sponge for all her clients and the airbrush title also gave me high hopes. When I got home I was disappointed to find this product just oozed out mousse which was no different than out of a jar. Not much coverage considering how heavy and cakey it seemed on my face. It also enhanced my pores and made my wrinkles stand out. To be fair that could be solely due to my age being in my 40's, a younger person may have better results but def. not a product for mature skin.

I am rating this product mostly based on effectiveness. It is a very light mousse formula that provides amazing coverage. it has the minerals in it to reflect light in the correct way for photos. when ive used this product, my skin has looked flawless in photos, and gave me the coverage ive been looking for. the price is a little more than your average drug store foundation. and I did not really mind the scent. I would definately reccomend this foundation!

The packaging: This foundation comes in a 1.4oz aerosol container. It's available in 8 different shades.

The product: Revlon claims that this foundation "provides a flawless finish, leaving you with a smooth poreless complexion. The formula’s photochromatic pigments bend and reflect light to minimize flaws, leaving you with perfectly airbrushed skin in any light – indoors, outdoors, or under the flash of a camera. Oil free, fragrance free." First thing I need to adress. This foundation has a HORRIBLE scent. When I tested it on my hand, I happened to catch a whiff of it, and it smells like ear wax. Which, made me VERY reluctant to try it. I was hoping it was just the tester and that the actual foundation wouldn't smell as bad or at least the smell would wear off quickly. The product does feel great on my skin and leaves me with a nice "air brushed" look. I found that once I set it with a powder, I couldn't smell it anymore. :) It is a fairly heavy coverage foundation but it does feel very light on your skin.

The price: This foundation retails for about $18.99 CAD (depending where you find it, you can locate it cheaper.) I DO think this is fairly over priced for a drugstore foundation. If you're looking for a cheap foundation, this is not your product. I also think you can purchase a drugstore foundation of similar quality for la better price.

Overall: I think that the Revlon PhotoReady Air Brush Mousse foundation is a decent foundation, but is slightly over priced. I'm not a huge fan of the smell and really, I think there are foundations of similar quality that would be easier on the wallet. However, if you really want to spend the cash and battle the smell. Try it out! :)
