I didn't find the primer effective at all. It did not feel silky on my face, it had a strange smell and did not provide a shine free base for my foundation.

I don't know anything about the anti shine but it's a unique primer and I love it!

This Primer & Anti shine is Great! I hate showing up in friend's photos with a greasy looking nose or forehead.
I like to put this on over top of my bronzer to eliminate any unwanted shine. Works wonders :)

It's a permanent item in my purse: especially during times I know where Instagramming could happen.

It glides on smooth and feels great. It's made for ALL skin colours too.
    Loves it!
