This is a good product, especially for the price point. I especially love that it's not oily - I hate oily stuff on my eyes.

While I can appreciate that it's not the best at removing mascara, I find that saturating a cotton pad and holding it on the lash area goes a long way. A quick swipe wont' do it - but the extra 2 seconds is worth it for such a value-priced, non oily product. I buy this stuff all the time!

This eye make up remover was not my first choice but at the time I bought it I was seriously low and needed something.
I found that this product had no problems with eyeliners and eye shadow, but it did not do a very good job with mascara. I do not use waterproof mascara and this product had a hard time getting it all off. I don't even want to think about using it on waterproof makeup... Overall it is okay, but it does not remove it all. If I am paying for it to do a certain job I'd like it to do it right.

Not oily like most other eye makeup remover products. Apply on a cotton ball or tissue, wipe and wal-lah black smudges gone!
