I've been using this powder in Transparent for a few years now. Every time I decide to try a new powder, I always go back to this one for setting my face make-up. This powder really does mattify and makes my pores appear smaller as well. I have one in my make-up bag and one in my purse for touch ups. I apply it with a kabuki brush.

I picked these up when they were on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for about $3 each. I stocked up on the transparent because the actual colour shades appeared too dark for my very pale skin. I'm safer sticking with transparent that way it will always match. I have very oily skin and it works well without making my face look chalky like some Matte powders do. I can re-apply it during the day without worrying about it looking built up and unnatural. At regular price I feel like it's a little pricey for the amount of powder you get, but it goes on sale regularly I find so as long as you stock up when it is on sale and keep the package sealed, it should last until you need to open it.

I have to say i love this pressed powder . I use this for when i have to go to school. I have always had an oily t-zone and honestly i hate it when it gets oily its like my nose was polished till it was shiny . So when i use this its like i have never had probs with oily tzones and other skin problems. Another plus is that its never made me breakout . So if u have oily skin then use this its amazing. U will never regret ur purchase..

Really did what it said. Kept my skin Matte all day. I bought the transparent powder so I could wear it in either the winter, summer, when I used self tanner or when I was my pale self and it's excellent. Colours are available but I opted for the transparent option because of the above reasons. I use it to set foundation, or just on it's own. It doesn't ever look 'powdery' on my skin and you cannot beat the price. I will continue to buy it!

I got this powder for about 8 dollars and I thought it was a pretty good price for the amount of product you get! I saw it at shoppers today for 5 99 so the price is definitely a plus. It looks really nice in the morning when I apply it, I love the matte finish. However I have oily skin and by the middle of the day i can feel my face getting shiny. I didn't really expect it to last all day to be honest, which is why my rating is still pretty high. I think it'd work really well for anyone with combination skin though!

This pressed powder claims to offer (1) lightweight, long-lasting shine control with natural minerals for a flawless matte finish, (2) to help minimize the appearance of pores. This product does live up to these claims and it has become one my favourite pressed powders for several reasons:

(1) IT'S INEXPENSIVE and VERY COMPACT. This powder is available at drugstores for approximately $6 so it's very affordable. For the price, you get a large amount of product with 0.49oz or 14g. It comes in a very sleek and simple packaging which is easy to store and is ideal for travelling.

(2) IT'S EFFECTIVE: This is a great all-over face powder to use to set your foundation and it provides a matte finish - there is no shimmer in this at all. It does offer shine control like it claimed which is ideal for people with oily skin. The powder is very soft in texture, it is extremely bendable and gives the appearance of smoother skin. On average, it has a lasting power of about 4 hours (longer if you use a base) and I have had no problem with this powder appearing cakey.

(3) IT PROVIDES A NATURAL LOOK. This powder doesn't provide much of a coverage or colour to your face, which might be a con for some but I actually found that to be better. The powder comes in 3 shades (transparent, sandstorm and silky beige) but all of them go on pretty translucent so you can't really go wrong with picking the right shade. Even after applying this, your skin still looks like skin and it doesn't appear like you have just packed on a tonne of make-up on your face. This is an ideal product to use during the summer.

There are a couple of minor cons I have about the product. Firstly, it doesn't come with an applicator so I always have to bring a brush to apply it. Secondly (and this might just be the particular package I got) the lid doesn't lock into place and I've had it open a few times in my purse but it's nothing a little piece of tape can't fix. Without a doubt, I would repurchase the product again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a good face powder.

This is my "go to" face powder. I don't wear liquid foundation very often, instead I put this on over my moisturizer and concealer and I'm good to go! It definitely helps my oily skin stay matte much longer than any other face powder I've tried. The price can't be beat either!

I tried this product out and it's good. I use it on my T-Zone in the morning and I think it does a good job at reducing shine. I still can get shiny later in the day, but this product basically works as I expect a powder to work.

One thing I did not like is that it does not come with a sponge or brush to apply it. This isn't a huge deal since I had something I could use, but powder is something that I carry with me in my purse, so I like it when my powder has a little compartment to put a brush/sponge.

When i put on my makeup in the morning, I usually go all oil by lunch time! This Stay Matte product worked just about that long, about 4 hours, until I felt that I was oily enough to reapply. I did not mind reapplying, however, because it was not a thick, stiff mess. It was a nice light powder that just happened to cover up my oily cheeks!! It wasn't very expensive, meaning I would definitely buy it again!

This is the best powder yet! I have a very oily T-zone that is shiny most of the day, even if I touch up my makeup every few hours - not with this! I put it on in the morning and by the end of the day, no shine - lives up to it's claim of absorbing oil and not settling in pores - the best for oily skin and so much cheaper than other brands. I use the Translucent color and I've been told that people don't think I have makeup on - the only drawback is I wish it came with a brush or sponge applicator
