Absolutely love this red pepper jelly. Delicious on fine cheeses with or without crackers. If you do use crackers just make sure they have a neutral flavour, like water crackers. Just tangy and spicy enough to compliment high quality cheeses without covering fine flavours. Also tasty on cream cheese and bagels!
