Believe it or not, Better than Baileys! Hands down!

It's a cream liqueur made with real dairy cream and Premium Caribbean Rum, with a little more of a cinnamon flavor in it than Baileys, it's great, I dont even use cream or sugar in my coffees anymore, just a shot of rumchata eliminated all the rest. It's great in coffee, on ice, or with milk and ice. Even If you dont finish your coffee, you can always throw it in the fridge for a while, add a bunch of ice and you have your own rendition of those popular iced coffees (with a little kick to it ;) )

High quality, reasonable price, 13.7% alcohol content, and about $6-$10 cheaper than basic b**ches Baileys. (depending on where you purchase it, and it's usually on sale!!!)

It also has a more creamy flavor and texture than Baileys, where as Baileys has a harsher taste of alcohol & has a lingering smell after drinking it.

If you like bailey's, but you think it would be nice with more of a nutmeg and cinnamon flavour, this is for you!! I LOVE Rumchata and don't even buy baileys anymore. I have gotten several people at work to try and live it too! It sooooo good in coffee, hot chocolate, on ice, with any kind of milk (I use unseeetened vanilla almond milk). You won't be sorry, if you try it.

I tried a sample of this at the Gourmet Food and Wine Show in Toronto and feel in love. My favourite go-to recipe is the rootbeer float which is just rumchata and A&W;rootbeer. Since this isn't really a cream drink, you don't need to keep it in the fridge. It is on the pricey side, but you don't need much of it in a drink to fully enjoy it.

Really good and perfect to mix into so many different drink recipes. Only complaint is that it is really procey but worth the price.

Expensive, but it's like alcoholic French toast milk. I love looking at their website for new recipe ideas
