It's like spraying water in your nose

I've received the product as  a free trial and tried it., I can't speak for it preventing any cold or flu symptoms, since I wasn't getting sick , but it's just like spraying water into your nose. It does not lubricate your nostrils like other sprays. most of it just drips/runs out of your nose after you spray it in. I've tried it for a week daily  2-3 times to see if it would help moisten or reduce any mucus that builds up, but it did absolutely nothing, very disappointed

Didn't work for me

I got a major headache from using this it didn't help my nasal passages just made me more sick. I need it to keep my nasal passages clear but instead it gave me more headaches
