The flavour is a very nice fruity berry taste and it’s very easy to chew. For me it’s a really great way to boost the immunity during the cold season! My only concern is it contains sugar so if you are aware of your blood sugar you need to make sure you are not taking too much sugar in a day. Yummy gummy

Enjoyed these yummy gummies! I had a bit of a sore throat coming on and figured it was the best time to try these gummies since they boast of immunity boosting vitamin c and zinc. I can't say with complete certainty that it was the 2 gummies I took but I haven't gotten sick this far and happy to share that they taste quite good. They have a sweet and tart flavour and we're easy to chew. Would try them for a longer period to see in the future how well they work.
