A must have

This cold and flu season has been rough. I tried these during my latest cold, and while I thought it did nothing, I realized after my husband caught the sickness as well, that these lessened my symptoms dramatically.

I was sick for a couple of days, while it took my husband a week to recover. These are fantastic, and we actually went out and purchased the liquid version so we could all take it if we feel am illness coming on.

Immunity tastes great

I was curious to try Sambucol Black Elderberry Immunity and Cold + Flu gummies with the damp winter months coming up. They taste so good. I’ve taken 2 doses as per instructions on the package. I am not sure if it helped but I purchased a full-size bottle to continue trying it out. I usually get a bit nauseous taking zinc but I had no nausea or dizzy feeling after eating this gummy. Try it. You’ll have to restrain yourself from eating more than directed.

These taste great and keep my immune system strong to fight and germs especially during the cold months. My kids love them too. I love that they contain vitamin c and elderberry which are essential for fighting cold and flu bugs
