Wasn’t too bad. Taste was not the greatest for me. Did taste a little soapy. As far as effectiveness I guess I would have to try it for at least 1-2 weeks to see results.

Taste amazing

Most delicious black elderberry gummy. And the fact that it comes in a vegan option is amazing. Not to sure the effect they had in me as these were just a smaple so not enough to see if they had an effect but will definitely but a bottle to see what kind of potential effect they will have..
