I tried few samples so I can only comment on ingredients and taste, and not effectiveness. Pleasantly sweet taste. Slight grittiness. Only concern: Label says age 4+ years old to have 1-2 gummies daily with 4 g of zinc per gummy. Think that should be revised as the RDA for 4-9 year olds is 5 g.

Not bad

I got this for free. Thank you butterly. That said, it didn't get the full five stars because I felt the taste was a little bit not so strong. I personally prefer stronger taste. however, that said, funny I got a cold when I got it so I tried the effectiveness of it and i think it did a good job

Strong taste

These Sambucol black elderberry gummies had an overpowering taste but they were easy to chew with a pleasant texture. The weird taste dissipated very quickly and did not have any lingering aftertaste. The effectiveness of the gummies to support the immune system greatly outweighs the strange, intense taste so overall a good product.
