Zero Sugar Elderberry Gummies

The best benefit of these gummies is that they are zero sugar. Most gummies are high in sugar and that is a no no for those of us suffer with diabetes. The gummies are a bit hard but still chewy. They do have a slight aftertaste on the back end but still delicious. The dosage amount is 3 which standard for most gummies. Easy to take

I feel like I did get some type of benefit from this product. The one thing I did not like was the after taste once I chewed the gummy. I do know that this is because there is no sugar, but it was really hard to taste each time. Right now this is helpful for me on the Vitamin C as I do not eat as much fruit as I should.
