Dissolves easily. Very tasty! Taste reminds me of Kool-Aid. The yummy taste helped me to drink more water and stay hydrated when I had a sore throat. The Sambucol Black Elderberry packet was very tasty and easy to mix. The instructions were clear and simple. The flavour is perfect for little kids that enjoy drinking juice but do not like the taste of medicine. My only concern is that there were no indication of the best times of day that elderberry is recommended to be digested.

My spouse and I drank it after a late dinner and felt a bit weird afterwards. I wonder if this would be better consumed during a specific time of the day?
