Too floral for me personally

Unfortunately, his one just wasn’t really for me...And I say that as someone who LOVES lavender: I literally have two lavender bushes in my garden But something about the floral profile here was a little too strong for my personal taste. I’m not even sure if it was the lavender, the ume, or the combination of both that didn’t quite click for me.

That said… I could absolutely see this working in a cocktail. The floral notes and light carbonation would make a really nice mixer! So while I can appreciate how unique it is, this flavour just didn’t end up being my thing.
