I would not buy this product: A Tangled Mess

I was given Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher in Dark Blond #gotitfree from Chick Advisor. I recently colored my hair a dark brown, so used the root retoucher on my ends. It was very easy to use but a bit messy. My hands were dark after applying.
It was very effective color-wise. The Dark Blond did a great job of covering my newly dark hair. It looked very chalky though, almost aging my hair. Also, it made my hair look very dull, taking away the previous shine. Finally, trying to get a brush through my hair afterwards is almost impossible. My hair is coarse, dry and tangled after application.
As far as Blond goes, no I would not purchase this. I realize applying it to my ends may have altered the products effectiveness, so would be willing to purchase a dark brown to try on any emerging grays.
I think it's a fantastic idea. Quick, effective and efficient. If it could leave your hair less damaged feeling I think it would be a hit.

Root Retoucher

I received this product in Dark Blonde. I tried it on my roots, which are dark blonde (I do have blond highlights), but I tend to get grey hairs. I was excited at the prospect of covering my grey hair, before having to get my hair coloured again. This was a selling point written on the bottle. Unfortunately, the spray looks just like that- spray. It did not look natural on my hair colour, so I promptly washed it out. Unless the colour match was perfect and could be finger blended (like you do with a dry shampoo), I don't know if this is a viable option to use between hair colourings for most people. I think you are better off to do a temporary hair colour, which will absorb into the pigment of your hair and will look more natural.

J'ai essayé Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher ,oui il couvre les racines mais mêle les cheveux et je trouve que le produit est trop fort pour mes cheveux a moi, j'ai été déçu alors je ne le recommande pas ceci est mon avis seulement, mais couvre bien les repousse ou racines.

I would try it again

I tried the Schwarzkopf root retoucher for blonde, the color I got was a lot darker than my hair, when I applied the root retoucher to my hair it also dyed my skin, I am going to try it again and it is a quick fix, but the skin dying is not something I can hide.

my greys disappeared but my roots didn't

The Root Re Toucher comes in an attractive and eye catching bottle with gold lettering and small pics of the different hair colors that help you decide if this is the right color for you. My hair color was the exact same color as one of the pics and felt confident that my root problems were over.
I am early 40's and have only a slight problem with grey hair. However - my hair tends to grow very very fast and I seem to always have roots showing. The bottle is has zero instructions on it but the spray nozzle is pretty straightforward so I figured point and shoot was the only way to go. My first spray landed on my forehead. It was a big brown target at the top of my forehead. I guess I aimed too high. It washed off easily and I started again. My second attempt worked great. The spray went on evenly and did not leave a wet goopy mess as I had thought and I was able to comb it and style it seconds later. It dried really fast and covered up my greys instantly. It washed off in my next shampoo and did not leave me with any oily residue. What it didn't do was cover up my roots. Despite the label telling me that I had chosen the right color for my roots - the re toucher was the exact same color as my roots. It did everything for my greys but nothing for my roots, This product has potential but it was the wrong color for me. The quality was great but it did not meet my needs.

J'ai tecu en #cadeau le Schwarkopf root retoucher Dark blond afin d'en faire l'essai. Comme vous pourrez le constater sur mes photos avant et apres, il n'y a pas eu grand changement de couleur sur mes repousses après l'utilisation du produit.

Étant donné que le produit est en aérosol je n'ai pas tellement aimé l'odeur assez forte qui s'en dégageait lors de l'utilisation.

Le point positif : le produit ne tache pas et ca c'est super!!! J'en ai eu sur les mains et sans eau, juste en frottant ca partait.

I do like the product but I found it is messy and have to extra careful when spraying. It is great for a quick fix and I would buy this product again.

Just use colour!

So, in theory, this seems like a good idea.
In actuality, this creates a colour band in the hair that doesn't match your hair. SO now you have grey roots, this root retoucher colour band, and then your hair colour.
The spray is pretty strong, and you can easily put too much in one spot. It stains the scalp, and surfaces as well.
Just color your hair instead of this cover up. FAIL.

SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER

SCHWARZKOPF ROOT RETOUCHER is not what I expected. I followed the instructions to a t. It did not cover my roots and felt like dry shampoo or powder in my hair, which left my hair dried out.

Good very temporary colour

Used this product and it was good for the first few days, but found the product to fade quickly and become brassy. Within the week I had to go have my hair professionally done. Its great for a quick fix if you need it to get you to a few days to a hair appointment, but not longer than that.
