I could write a novel about how great this is. Lasts all day- no matter how intense the heat or exertion. I wore this every day on a 6 month backpacking trip in Asian- ridiculously hot weather- and would never travel to a hot place without it. The only downside is the price. Sure isn't cheap- I try to always get it on sale, but it's $6 minimum. If you have sweating problems, this is for you.
