Bought this at the dollar store. LOVED IT! OPI is one of my favorite brands. It's a gorgeous color and applies really well. Just as well as other OPI or Nicole products. They have a wide range of base and top coats. You can find them online as they are discontinued now at Sephora. They used to retail for around $10 each I believe.
