This is my favorite night time cleanser to take off my make up. I do not rinse it off but wipe it off instead. If there is any residue on my face, the balancing softener gets rid of that so my skin is very soft. I also take my eye and lip make up off with their eye and lip make up remover before I use the cream. I've never had any problems with this one and think it's a lot lighter in weight then their other cleansers.
