I do not have sensitive skin by any means, and can usually get away with using nearly any product. I purchased the Simple Eye Makeup Remover on a whim, and am sad to say that I don't think I'll be able to finish the bottle.

From day one, my eyes are left irritated and stinging after using this product. I use it in the same manner as all of my other eye makeup removers, putting it onto a cotton pad to remove my mascara, then washing my face and applying my toner/serum/lotions before bed. If I have used the Simple Eye Makeup Remover, my eyes will tear up and sting for about 20 minutes after use, even after washing my face. This only happens when using this particular product.

I've read over the ingredients list, and have come to the conclusion that I must have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients. Otherwise, it is odd that a product specifically formulated to be gentle would give me issues, when regular products have never caused any concern.

On another note, I sadly do not find this product to be effective at removing mascara. It does a fine job with brow powder and eyeshadow, but I prefer an oil based eye makeup removed to dissolve and remove my mascara and eye liner without causing me irritation.

Sorry Simple, but this product just doesn't work for me!

I use this eye makeup remover a lot and for the most part it works. The only issue I have is that it takes multiple times to remove any eyeliner you may have on.

I loved this remover because it was so gentle on my eyes. The products doesn't burn at all and cleans your face gently. It removes makeup but i find it won't remove all the makeup on my face.

Yes it took off my makeup but it BURRRNNNEEDDD my eyes! Would not recommend, there are a lot of better products out there that do the same job without the burn. Was very disappointed.

This eye makeup remover is very gentle, it didn't burn my eyes at all. However it wasn't very effective at removing my mascara or eyeliner. I found myself having to use far more than I normally would and then almost scrubbing to get it off, which is really bad for the sensitive skin around the eyes.

This is my go-to for removing my eye makeup. Super gentle, yet still incredibly effective. The price is great, too, if you're not interested in dropping $$ on high-end removers.

This is a great product!! Not on,y does it remove and lift any eye makeup off my skin, it's very non irritating and great on my delicate eye area!
