This soup is very flavourful, especially for an instant/powered soup. It is very easy to prepare at work or on the go, since all you need is water. I found it difficult to get the right ratio at first, so it wouldn't come out too liquidy. However, the taste is great and it's perfect for a quick savoury snack.

Literally quick and easy but still feeds the soul. Just boil water, mix and you're good to go. I also just added some salt to my liking. I love moringa and this soup was delicious and the I found the spices blended well with each other. 🌱

Easy convenient and tastes wonderful!

It’s summer here in Canada but every evening is still a perfect time for soup!

I remembered that we have the Simplify Food Cashew and Moringa Soup Mix! Packed with aromatics such as cumin, cardamom and star anise bursting out flavours! Also made from morginga and cashews making it creamy without any dairy or oil.

Best thing is that it’s super convenient no cooking required. Just add hot water stir it gradually until it thickens and you’re good to go!
