First time making at home pizza!

My first time making pizza at home and honestly, I was really happy with the end result. My pizza came out really well and it’s really easy to follow the directions on the back of the bag was able to make three small pizzas so I think even portion size is very good perfect activity for families or just with a partner or even by yourself would definitely recommend purchasing this.

Only 3 ingredients!!

What we loved most about this pizza dough dry mix is that it has only 3 ingredients!! No added anything!
It was really easy to make with only a few steps to follow. I also didn't have to knead the dough for it to work.
The texture is different from what we are used to with white flour and the taste is almost like rye bread. But neither of these are a deal breaker at all.
My daughter had no problem with the texture and wanted the leftovers for school today.
I would 100% recommend Sixteen Grains Pizza Dough to friends and family!

Easiest pizza I made

Usually, when I make pizza, the prepping of the door takes so much time and I don't even feel it healthy but with 16 grains pizza dough the prep time was near to nothing. I need the dough and it was ready to go and it was so crispy as I like it and so easy to make and it takes less time than the regular pizza and it is way healthier 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Easy and fun to make!

We make pizza at least twice a week in our house because my daughter is obsessed, and I usually make pizza from scratch. But it is really nice to have a staple that makes pizza night simple, especially on busy days when you still want it to feel homemade.

The steps were very simple. Just add water and a little olive oil, mix, let it rest, and it is ready. The dough was soft and easy to work with, and the pizza baked really nicely.

We really enjoyed it and will definitely make it again.

Sixteen Grains pizza dough kit

I was excited to try Sixteen Grains pizza dough kit thanks to the Butterly Product Review Club in exchange for my honest opinion. I love that this pizza flour kit is Canadian made in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The kit is easy to use. You just add water and oil, mix into a ball, let it rest 5 minutes, then roll out and add your favourite toppings. I added tomato sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. The pizza tasted different than my usual pizza crust because it is made with whole wheat flour. My family didn't love the taste of the whole wheat crust. If Sixteen Grains made a traditional white flour pizza dough kit I would love to try it.

Did not enjoy this 'pizza dough'

I was really excited to try this and really liked the packaging. This is not authentic pizza dough. It raises using baking powder and has a biscuit like quality. There are too many grains and the flavour of the crust is very distracting instead of complimenting regular pizza toppings. Really good effort but not a hit for me, would prefer a more refined flour flavour with yeast and gluten development.

Super easy date night

Super easy date night idea!!
I am a huge foodie and cook a lot! But I have never made homemade pizza so this was fun because it was super easy to do with my boyfriend who doesn’t love cooking like I do! The dough was super easy to make and tasted very healthy. I will say one thing though, listen to the packaging when they say it will double in thickness. My pizza was very thick and doughy but that’s truly my fault but it still tasted good!! Would definitely buy more products from them! - Product gifted by Sixteen Grains.

An easier, healthy option! pantry Staple for sure!

This pizza dough was so easy to make! We loaded it up with pulled pork, onions, cheese and lots of bbq sauce. The crust cooked through within the 20 minute cook time, held the toppings and tasted great. Definitely going to look for this when we want to indulge in some homemade pizza without all the greasy crust that takeout offers! Thanks to sixteen Grains for letting us try out the mix, it will be a pantry staple from now on!
