Pizza Dough not a hit in my family

Sixteen Grains Pizza Dough unfortunately did not meet my expectations for a tasty pizza dough. I followed the exact instructions to bake it according to the package. My whole family did not enjoy the taste of the dough. They found it that it tasted too "grainy" and dry. I also found that it didn't taste that good. The flavour of the wheat and grains were very overpowering and the texture was thick. Overall I would not be recommending this product.

I really wanted to love this product

There is no yeast in the mix so the dough did not rise like pizza dough. The package made enough for 4x 6” pizzas for a family of 4. Dough smelled off.

Okay pizza dough - tastes very healthy!

It was really easy to add water to this mix and stir it but the dough didn't get fluffy and didn't rise. Once baked the pizza was a bit dense and just tasted like healthy whole grain dough!

Yup, full of grains

The kids made the pizza with the dough that @sixteengrains/@thisisbutterly sent over.

Cons :
- It doesn’t taste as good as take out.
- It’s an acquired taste because of the 16 grains.
- It has a grainy texture when you chew it.
- I wouldn’t purchase this

Pros:
- Healthier option
- Dough rolled out very very smoothly.
- The prep & cook time were short. Qucik and easy.

The kids gave it 5/10
