This Brush combines boar bristles to increase shine and tourmaline bristles to minimize static. I have very fine and very long hair that knots like crazy. This brush was amazing, it handle all the knots with no snagging or ripping. I was thrilled that the handle is one solid piece of wood and it fit nicely in my hand.
