    highly addicting

I've loved Spitz for as long as I can remember. I go through phases of being obessed and after a couple years, I'm so addicted again! I don't mind thought because they keep me occupied while watching a show or movie so I don't snack on junk like chips, which I'd normally do. They hold pretty good nutritional value as well so its even better. I enjoy Spitz more than other sunflower seeds brands because you can definately taste the quality. Seasoned are probably the best flavor cuz if you cant stop cracking them like me, they don't make your tongue sore like I find the dill pickle do. Dont get me wrong though, dill pickle is the best. Cracked pepper is also delightful.

I love sunflower seeds they are crunchy and salty .I think they make the perfect snack,I usually eat the whole bag myself .I like how they are small enough I can scoop them up in my hand and eat them in mouthfulls .Definitely a tasty product,I don't think they are very healthy but in moderation would be fine

    Who doesn't love sunflower seeds!
Spitz is way better than many brands I've tried - the flavours are consistent and you get just that - great tasting sunflower seeds.

Spitz Sunflower seeds are the tastiest!!!
They have multiple kinds.. my favourite is the Dill Pickle.
I started using them to cut back on smoking, then once that was achieved i now eat them for pure enjoyment!! It's always easier to buy the already seeded kind..but I enjoy the challenge of opening each one for that Mmm Mmm tasty seed inside!!
