I received a bottle of 50 capsules for free in exchange for my honest review of this product. I have taken this for about a week now and it has been pretty easy to add to my routine. I have been taking this twice a day, in addition to my statin medication and I like that this is plant sterols. I have yet to do my blood work as I'm scheduled to do that in two months from now, but I am keen on seeing if my LDL levels are going to be even lower after taking these in addition to my prescription medication as the product boasts that it's clinically proven to reduce cholesterol. If it does indeed, I will for sure buy this product in the future as it was really easy to incorporate this into my routine.

May need long time to see the effectiveness

This is a natural medicine to lower cholesterol. It comes in tablet form and is easy to take. The tablets are tasteless. I don't believe it's effective after only one or two weeks of use. While I don't have high cholesterol, I prefer to keep my levels low through diet, and this is an additional measure to help me achieve that.

Lengthy pill

I did not think this pill would be this long. Unfortunately it was on the more difficult side to swallow for me. I can't contest to the effectiveness of this as I'm not due for any blood work. I did not feel any different while taking this.
