Swiss Natural Menolibrium is a herbal relief product. I have found it helps a lot with the symptoms of menopause. It has helped reduce my hot flushes and also mood swings and as a result I feel much better overall.

Hot Flash Relief

After taking this free product for about a month, I noticed my hot flashes were a little less frequent. Although they are not gone completely, they are definitely fewer and far between. Menolibrium is powered by EstroG-100 and proven to alleviate a wide range of menopause-related symptoms. I have taken these easy to swallow capsules, one twice a day, for a week now and have noticed some improvement in my menopausal symptoms. My night sweats and hot flashes are decreased and less intense. I've also noticed less pain and have been having better sleep. Calmed my symptoms

I started using this approximately 2 weeks ago and I feel like most of my symptoms have calmed down. I didn't think it was really doing anything at first, but after reviewing my journal I see that it is helping. Also having natural ingredients is very appealing to me!

While it hasn’t had enough time to work yet, I am confident that I probably haven’t been taking it long enough to see the full results. Perhaps after I finish the bottle, I will see more. At this time I can honestly say that it isn’t worth my buying more, but that could change.

Helps with Hot flashes!

Swiss Natural's Menolibrium is definitely helping minimize my hot flashes. I've been taking the recommended two capsules a day for almost three weeks now and think I can see a difference. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any side effects from the supplement. I like that the Menolibrium is made with natural components and is free of preservatives. This is something I will continue to purchase and use as needed.

Another Placebo?

I suffer from multiple perimenopausal symptoms and am already on a mild form of HRT. I was hoping that this would help to alleviate more of my symptoms but after 2 weeks I am not finding any change. It could be that I have not been taking it for long enough, but at $30 a bottle for a one month supply it's not really in my budget to keep trying something for a maybe.
