Total one, is rarely one of the most easy to tolerate for my stomach, plus the energy that I was losing, starts to come back and this is amazing! My hair looks stronger, my appetite for some reason is more controlled, my sugar anxiety reduced at least 80%, I feel my skin is looking healthy and it glows even when I use makeup! Works but not cost effective

The Good: Energy and Effectiveness

After using Swiss Natural Total One for several weeks, I can say that it does seem to work. One of the most noticeable benefits is the boost in my daily stamina; I definitely feel more energetic and less sluggish by mid-afternoon. It contains a solid blend of essential nutrients specifically for women—like cranberry, folic acid, and iron—which is great for overall maintenance.

The Experience: Smooth Sailing

A huge plus for this multivitamin is the lack of "vitamin burps" or digestive upset. I’ve experienced no side effects at all, even when taking it on a slightly emptier stomach (though I still recommend taking it with food). The caplets are manageable in size and don't have that overwhelming medicinal smell that some other brands do.

The Catch: The Price Point

The main reason for the 3-star rating is the cost. While the quality is high, the price is too high when compared to other reputable, high-quality brands.

Must have for women

It was easier than I thought to incorporate this into my daily routine as I took it alongside of my first meal of the day. I can definitely tell this was created with women in mind because of the cranberry, folic acid, and iron. Alot of us women can be deficient in iron so it is very important to supplement. Folic acid is also so important in women of childbearing age so this multivitamin makes it so easy to accomplish that. I also definitely noticed an increase in energy levels due to the added Vitamin D and B in this supplement.

i found. it quite easy to incorporate into my daily routine… i take other vitamins in the morning and it was very convenient to be able to take out some of my current vitamins to just use one. i do feel like it had improved my focus and my overall mood. it has also helped balance my ph levels. which is fantastic.

These vitamins have all of the important ingredients for women. They are an easy to swallow size, and I’ve noticed an increase in my energy and overall feeling of wellbeing. I would recommend them 100%

They were okay

I can't say I feel a huge difference in my health but I do agree that they did something. I reached a point where I no longer wanted to take them because they taste awful, the pill is also huge and I had to cut them in half all the time which took the ease out if it. It would be nice if the pill was smaller
