Great product for daily use

I found this multivitamin easy to add into my daily routine. The pills were a good size and didn’t upset my stomach, which is something I usually pay attention to. I like that it’s specifically formulated for women and includes everything I need in one tablet. I feel like I’m doing something positive for my health by taking it consistently. The only downside for me is the price, but overall it’s a great product and something I would consider purchasing again.

Hard on stomach

The vitamin was extremely hard on my stomach. It was difficult to incorporate as I had to have a substantial meal before taking it or it caused significant gastrointestinal upset.

Hurt My Stomach

I was excited about these vitamins because of the ingredients. I buy some of them, like iron, separately so I was looking forward to not having to purchase multiple supplements. Unfortunately, these hurt my stomach. I did take them with food (after dinner) and with a glass of water. These would be amazing for someone that doesn’t have tummy issues.

Vitamins

I found that the pills were too big for me. I don’t like swallowing big pills. But I do like that they gave cranberry extract and they smell very good. Hopefully these will be available in gummy or smaller pills form.

Undecided

I have been taking the Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral for Women for a week now. Should I feel or notice anything? Probably not with it just being a multi vitamin. I take one every morning with my other morning medications.
What I have noticed is the smell and taste, which I do not appreciate at all. For that reason I will likely not purchase these and will struggle to finish the bottle.

Good everyday vitamins!

It is easy to incorporate these vitamins daily as only one is needed per day, so didn’t need to remember to consume them throughout the day which is nice. The packaging has a lot of the benefits listed out in an easy way to read.
