I’ve found it really easy to make this multivitamin part of my daily routine. Taking it every morning is simple, and it makes me feel like I’m actively doing something good for my health. Not sure of the difference

A really hard time taking these as they remind me a lot of the prenatal vitamins, which caused me to gag. I did take them even with that, but I didn’t really notice a difference. In my overall health or how I was feeling day today so I don’t know if it’s just me so I don’t know if I’d buy them in the future for the summer fact as I didn’t really notice the difference after a month of taking them, and because they were very hard for me to swallow because of my gag reflection to the pills. I would be inclined to try something else from that brand that maybe was in a different format. I also understand I have a severe gag response that resulted from my pregnancies.

I was pleased to get the chance to trial and review these Swiss Natural Total One Multi Vitamins. Swiss Natural is a brand that I feel I can trust, which lead me to test this product with no worry. Selecting a daily vitamin product isn't always an easy choice, especially with many different options out there.
I was very intrigued by the fact that these supplements also contain cranberry, folic acid, and Iron. These vitamins are an easy way to make sure I am getting the daily vitamins that I need to stay healthy.
Something that I also noticed is that the pills do not have any poor smell, or taste; which made them easy to swallow as well.

Yes I take it once a day. It does feel like I'm doing something positive for my health, with all the healthy ingredients. It is just one capsule per day which is simple.

The product is great, how effective is it; yet to decide as it takes around 1-3 months before the vitamins to show results and not in 3 weeks as requested by the website
