I would definitely NEVER buy this product again

The hair dye is quite cheap. But no hair dye has ever dried out my hair this much. It completely ruined my hair. My hair structure is beyond coarse. It is irreparable. It is even worse than Palette hair dye. I do have dry hair naturally, but my hair with Loreal Excellence is very smooth, much smoother than my natural hair although it is a little bit more dried out. But Syoss hair dyes are a complete disaster. The richness / intensity of the dye is poor, but that is less important to me.

This is my favourite boxed dye. I have been dying my hair since my preteen years and I have always had mishaps with other hair colour brands. This is the only brand of hair dye I have used that have given me 100% of the results I wanted.

I always read directions and follow them exactly and I did the same with this boxed dye. The color chart was was surprisingly very accurate and my hair turned the exact color I wanted.

I first discovered this product while living abroad and have yet to find it where I currently live. I have since dyed my hair twice with different boxed dyes and have hated the results, thus resulting in a salon visit. If I could get my hands on this brand I would definitely purchase it again.
