Terrible experience! Everytime. Huge let down.

Terrible customer service.... digital TV menus were down, did not offer paper or any substitution expected Customers to order without menu.. manager RUDE because customers didnt have menu knowledge.... guacamole on plates was very brown from.oxidation and inedible. Only positive was free refills on drink station and variety of salsas at the salsa bar.
