I began reading these books as a kid - I have always enjoyed reading and these novels kept me in love with reading - I still have all these from when I was a kid and would love to pass them on so another child can fall in love with reading!

I read these books around the 4th grade and I really enjoyed them. It's children who are orphans and end up finding a place to live and that place ends up in train carts which is known as the box car. There are many books in the collection and shares their stories in general. Pretty good books. Nothing bad in them. I own the collection it's self.
