I will not buy this product again

I bought a set of 4 different eyeshadow palettes. The Color Workshop. It is cheap make up so I wasn't expecting great quality but all the shimmer/sparkle colors are only a layer of shimmer, it's all matte underneath the thin top layer and most are different colors under as well!
