It's high in fibre and gluten free. I never feel guilty about eating this snack as it's healthy and tastes delicious. I also enjoy the sweet cinnamon with a hint of vanilla flavoured one too!
My husband and I both love these as a snack when you are craving something salty. They are so flavourful, and don't leave a dry taste in your mouth like some dried chickpea snacks. I also love them thrown on top of a salad, or a warm vegan bowl with spinach and sweet potato. Plus, you don't feel terrible about having them!
