I got this book as I wanted something different. This book is a Horror/Suspense/Murder Mystery. I love Murder Mysteries, but Horror is usually too cheesy or way out there for me to enjoy.

This book named The Inn is by William Patterson, and it is his second ever published book. It's first and only printing was in January 2015, so I own a First Edition Copy. It may be something to hold onto, you never know.

The story was so on key. It was written with perfect pace. There was something new happening one after the other, but was not hard to follow. I couldn't wait to turn the next page.

It is about Ghosts/Supernatural. However, it is not persistent on that aspect, it is just integrated into the story, but doesn't take up the entire book.

It takes place at a ramshackle Victorian B&B;in Western Massachusetts, and a young couple move there to take over from the Husbands Grandmother as she can't take care of the place anymore. They have no idea that this place is actually a Tourist Destination for Ghost Hunters. The Husband is ignorant to the creepy sightings and noises, however, his wife is worried from the start. People start dying strange, unexplained deaths and it seems it wont' ever stop. The Wife's horrors from her youth start complicating things as well.

A great read.. I wrote this all on my own. I wanted to do my total own review as opposed to copying what is on the back of the book.. I hope if anyone purchases this book, that they have that wide eyed, keep the lights on feeling and exitement from the book I got..

I will look for more from William Patterson for sure.
