Excellent Healthy Lifestyle Book
I got The Mayo Clinic Diabetes Diet book from the Winnipeg Publlc library. Once I gave it a chance and started reading it regularly for 30 minutes a day. I found that I was gaining insight into how I eat and think less about fast food and more about healthy eating. The book is written by medical doctors in medicine and endocrinology,The book contains more that just a food plan that is self-made after reviewing some information, it also contains lifestyle ideas such as increasing, and maintaining exercise.
Overall I find the book useful. I think it is well written. I trust the information provided in the book and the sources that wrote the book.
