Not For Me

I was supposed to review the Icy Mint flavour. But the pharmacy was sold out. So I used my free coupon to get the Mild Mint. I did not like the taste of this. It reminds me of the fluoride they used to make us use in elementary school back I the day. Yes, I'm that old. 😜 As for effectiveness, meh.

The bare minimum of mouthwashes

I have been using this mouthwash twice daily before brushing and flossing my teeth. Yes, before, as I use a high fluoride toothpaste that I do not want being washed away by a mouth wash that's only purpose is to fight bad breath. Does it do the job? Yes, I do not experience bad breath. I like the icy mint flavor and that it doesn't does burn as mouthwashes that contain alcohol do but will it replace what I currently use for mouth wash? Absolutely not. I would be interested in trying the other Therabreath oral rinses but this specific oral rinse gets a hard pass from me. It's 2025 and your mouthwash should be able to do more than one thing.

Not a fan of the taste

This just isn't for me. I use a regular mouthwash in my oral health routine daily and I prefer my usual brand over this one. I love all the health benefits in this, fights germs that cause gingivitis, protects from plaque, no artificial colours, flavours or alcohol. I tried it multiple times and the taste just doesn't appeal to me, I can't even smell it. However...
My husband loves it. It reminds him of the types he had in the UK (less bad ingredients there) so he's happy to have tried this brand.
