Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eyeshadow Primer

Too Faced Shadow Insurance 24 Hour Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer retails at $16. I love that Too Faced Cosmetics are cruelty free. Unfortunately, Shadow Insurance dries out my eyelids and is not waterproof.

A separated mess

The product did not have the staying power that I would have liked. I do love their glitter glue and other products so this was disappointing. When using it the product would seperate even if vigorously shook before application. If you would like a holy grail eye primer try MAC prime and prep extended 24 hour wear primer. $3 more but totally worth it. Holds shadow all day (after being set with powder)

honestly, you can get just as good primers for less than half the price. skip this one, it's not worth it considering that it's not even that great. especially if you have somewhat oily skin.

I tried this on recommendation of a friend, and I must say it didn't work for me. My eyeshadow did not stay on all day. It creased as well. I struggled finding a primer that works for me. Glad other people found it worked for them.
